(A) Mobile Banking Registration on ATM:
Step 1 : Customer walks into the Bank of Baroda ATM
Step 2 : Customer inserts/dips ATM card in the ATM
Step 3 : ATM prompts the Customer to enter ATM PIN
Step 4 : After successful validation, customer selects M-Connect (Mobile Banking) > Registration option available in the Menu
Step 5 : ATM prompts the Customer to enter his/her Mobile number on which the service is required.
Step 6 : Customer should enter 10 digit Mobile numbers and selects <Confirm> button.
Step 7 : ATM prompts the Customer to re-confirm the Mobile number
Step 8 : Customer re-enters the same 10 digit Mobile number and <Confirm>
Step 9 : If the Customer entered details found valid then ATM displays “Your Mobile Number Registered successfully”
Step 10 : If the customer details found invalid, then ATM Displays “Registration Failure” and customer to follow correct process/ contact branch.
Step 12 : After successful registration, Customer receives SMS on registered Mobile containing Mobile Application URL link for downloading the software, Application password and mPIN.
Step 13 : If the customer Mobile handset is enabled for GPRS/EDGE/3G, customer can download the application by clicking the URL link available in the SMS message.
Customer can visit website www.bankofbaroda.com and download the Mobile Banking application suitable for their handset to a PC/ laptop and then transfer the application to desired Mobile phone using Data Cable or Bluetooth or Infrared.
