Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BANK OF BARODA CANVAS COMPETITION - 2012

General:

Participants should be students of recognized schools.
Participants will compete in any one of the following categories:

Category I : Standard 6th to 9th - Theme: Festivals (e.g. Dussera, Diwali, Christmas, etc.)
Category II : Standard 10th to 12th - Theme: Savings (e.g. Money, Time, Energy. Etc.) or Conservation (e.g. Environment, Nature, Wild Life, etc.)
Entries should be in accordance with the given theme and should have Bank of Baroda's Mascot, the Stickman, as one of the characters integrated in it
Participants can use crayons, pencils, colour pencils, sketch pens, oil pastels and / or poster colours. Avoid use of water colours
Drawings submitted must be original work of the student. The drawings should not be traced or copied
Only one entry per student will be accepted

Entries that exhibit violence or any explicit content shall be rejected.

ENTRIES THROUGH
PARTICIPATING SCHOOL	DIRECT PARTICIPATION
1. Entries should be submitted on the drawing sheets provided by Bank of Baroda [Can be obtained from the School Office] 2. Drawing sheets to be submitted with contact information duly completed (There will be a hyperlink for ‘contact information which will open the enlarged drawing sheet form the ‘How to Participate’ section, in a New Page) 3. Last date for submission of entries will be informed through the School	1. Entries should be submitted in A3 size (42 cm x 29.7 cm) plain drawing sheet only 2. On the left hand side of the drawing sheet, the student should fill in his / her contact information duly completed (There will be a hyperlink for ‘contact information which will open the enlarged drawing sheet form the ‘How to Participate’ section, in a New Page) 3. Entries have to be submitted at your nearest branch of Bank of Baroda 4. Last date for submission of entries is (yet to be decided)

The evaluation will be done by an independent Judge / Panel of Judges appointed by Bank of Baroda. The decisions of the Judge/s are final and binding.
By submitting a work of art to the competition, and in consideration for the opportunity to win a prize, the student along with their parents / school authorities agree to give Bank of Baroda full print and digital publication rights for communication materials, advertising and promotional materials, use of photo / name of the student / school for any purpose and at any time in the future, without any fee or other form of compensation.
Bank of Baroda reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice or to change the rules and regulations in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
Entries without acceptance to the Terms & Conditions shall be rejected. In case of any disputes whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with this competition, the decision of Bank of Baroda shall be final.
