What are the various services offered under concierge service?

  • Lifestyle Assistance - Restaurant Referral and Arrangement, Flower Delivery Assistance, Gift/ Chocolate Delivery Assistance & Hotel /Airline Referrals.
  • Travel Assistance – Pre-trip information services- Inoculation and Visa Requirement, Lost Luggage Assistance, Lost Passport Assistance, Embassy referral services
  • Emergency Medical Services – Only domestic coverage
  • Road Side Assistance (RSA) -Emergency Towing Assistance, On-site Repair Assistance, Alternative Travel Assistance

Above services are subject to applicable charges which may will be shared by the service provider while availing such services.

How can I enroll under Baroda Radiance program?

You are auto-enrolled into Baroda Radiance program if you fulfil the following criteria:

  • For existing customer Net Relationship value of Rs 50.00 lakhs
  • For new customers: Initial funding in SB/CA /SB+CA of Rs 10.00 lakhs and FDR booking of Rs 50.00 lakhs. Subject to maintaining Rs 50 lakh NRV in next 6 months.

Net Relationship Value (NRV) for a customer will be combined quarterly average balance Of Savings, Current, Fixed/Recurring Deposit in your Customer TID.

** The definition of NRV is subject to change as per Banks discretion.

Can you explain what is NRV...

Net Relationship Value (NRV) is an aggregate of the average value of certain relationships you hold with us, calculated on monthly basis. It not only considers the savings/current balance in your account but also included your fixed deposits (FD’s).

Below in working example of how the NRV is calculated:

Are these services available to all customer categories?

Presently the services are being offered only to resident individual customer category. Services for non-individual entities like trusts, corporates, Pvt.//Public ltd. Companies and partnerships, etc. may be rolled out in future. The services are currently not available to NRI customers.

Q

Will Bank extend benefits/privileges of Baroda Radiance program if I am enrolled for the same?

Though you are privilege member of the program, bank would extend the privileges of this program to family members when the NRV of the individual family is as per the stipulated criteria. In case of Joint accounts, only the first/primary account holder gets the benefit. The joint account holder will be auto-enrolled under the program, once his/her NRV is as per the stipulated criteria for the program.

Is there a fee for enrolment under Baroda Radiance?

There is no fee for enrolment under the program. An exception applies to third party service provider such as concierge which may be subject to applicable charges which may will be shared by the service provider while availing services.

How do I enroll for Baroda Radiance program if I don’t have any relationship with Bank of Baroda?

Once the set NRV is achieved in your Customer ID, you are auto enrolled for the program. To start a banking relationship with us, visit any nearby branch to get detailed information. You can also write to us at wms.bcc@bankofbaroda.co.in for enrolment under the program.

Currently, the services are available to customers in following selective cities
